Day 8: Clean & Lean

I added broccoli, mushrooms, and green beans to this yummy meat marinara.  I used TJ's organic marinara in a jar (no sugar added and only a few ingredients)

It's felt pretty great to get to day 8. I'm not allowed to weigh myself (and neither are you!), so all I can say is that I see noticeable differences in my body.  I'm starting to see my tummy muscles, my waist is feeling smaller, and my body is feeling stronger.  (A side note with the "stronger" comment.  After Saturday's competition, I was pretty wasted and therefore decided to take 48 hours … [Read more...]
