Self-sabotaging behavior is real.  I remember not so long ago I’d be on such a good roll, focused, and positive, and then seemingly out of nowhere… BOOM.

I don’t even know where it came from… but I just hooved enough chocolate chip cookie dough down to make me feel nauseous.

And then that one behavior would start a cascade of others (overeating, mindless eating, junk food, skipping out on yoga + gym, not calling my friends back, picking a fight with my partner…)

And they all have the same effect:  sabotaging all my best efforts for taking good care of myself.

Self sabotage runs deep.  The part of you that sabotages all your best efforts doesn’t believe your worthy or even deserving of having a healthy, vivacious life, or reaching your goals…much less actually liking your body and feeling comfortable in your skin.  Sabotage is #1 reason we never actually get to the other side of true transformation.  It’s why we hold back in life, don’t show up fully, and from a body perspective, it’s why we gain all the weight back (despite your best efforts).

So many of us spend a lifetime having no clue how to quiet that part of us… so it end up running our life.  I know I finally said ENOUGH… and I figured out how to get to the other side.
