
What the hell is Motivation anyways?
It’s the New Year. You are fired up and ready to rock.
But what happens in a few weeks when that “fired up” feeling fizzles out?
Or…. what if you think you should feel motivated, but it’s just not happening for you? The feeling’s not even there?
What the hell does it even mean to be motivated in the first place?

I’m so tired of feeling tired and depressed about the shape I’m in, and that’s my motivation. My commitment is to make better choices everyday about what I eat, how much I eat and to exercise. I want to make healthier choices a habit!

Motivation doesn’t have anything to do with it… Making the commitment and following through is what it takes. And the crazy thing is… once you start doing that, the tired and depressed go away and you do end up “feeling” motivated! It’s crazy but it works… keep me posted.
My number one motivation is to stay motivated and committed to following through period! I am always fluctuating 20 pounds do to eating chocolate after 8 or even in the middle of the nite and i tend benge eat whether its my portions or after 8 and then not eating at all. Oh and i love to ride my bike, but then it has been so hot lately that I am just miserable so maybe i could replace biking with something other during the hottest time of the summer like swimming. I will get side tracked cleaning the house and basically don’t follow through in the end. Looking forward to acknowledging and making some life changes and staying committed and motivated:) I do not want my babies struggle with such issues so if I can help live a healthy and more productive living and lead by example to my babies and my man and follow through. I will be just so darn thankful and grateul. I love my life and I am thankful but I have a mind set that needs to be reversed.
