Questions and Answers About BREAKTHROUGH

Q: How does BREAKTHROUGH Challenge work?

A: BREAKTHROUGH is an 8-week coaching program. Once you sign up and are qualified over the phone, (I am only accepting 10 challengers this go around and they HAVE to be willing and ready to work) we will meet for our 1st group meeting, Tuesday, January25th.  This will be the kick-off meeting with a TON of information and you’ll know by the end if it’s right for you. Then, the second meeting will be just you and me for a personal consultation. We will take all your measurements and asses your individual fitness and nutrition goals, giving you a hard target to shoot for.  In our first one on one consult, we will take very specific measurements and your weight so you will have baseline data. We will get very specific with goals around weight and behavior changes needed to occur in order to obtain your goals. We will also go over food choices and basic nutrition actions needed to take in order to make these goals a reality, and dig right into the life-altering BREAKTHROUGH program.


 

 

 

 

 

 

We will design your exercise program together based on your goals, which you will follow at your gym, at home, at boot camp, or with your personal trainer (we can assign you a personal trainer if you do not already have one). If you are in boot camp, that will be taken into consideration and added to your overall personalized exercise plan.

Each of the remaining weeks we will meet for an interactive webinar coaching session, until the last award ceremony session.

Your nutrition and exercise regimen will be closely monitored. We will hold you accountable to it – this is how radical and rapid results are produced.

Q: How is this different than your other nutrition or training services?

A: BREAKTHROUGH is a comprehensive program combining exercise protocol and nutrition. It is personal and individualized. Exercise programs are designed specifically for each Challenger as well, however you do not work one-on-one with a trainer unless you request that additional service. Similarly, Bootcamp training sessions will definitely help you reach your goals, but are also an additional service.

Q: What if I’m already a Bootcamp member of Be Fit?

A: Great. Then we will discuss how to adapt your current training program to be aligned with the BREAKTHROUGH. You do not need to make any adjustments to your program, we will handle everything.

Q: What kind of results can I expect in 8 weeks?

A: This will be based on your specific goals. We will spend a considerable amount of time in your first meeting determining exactly how aggressive you want to be, and then I will create your program accordingly. With your commitment and our coaching, instruction and accountability, you can expect substantial, dramatic, transformational results.

Q: How can you make such a bold claim about the benefits of BREAKTHROUGH?

A: Because I know the power of synergy (supportive nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance exercise). Q: How do I know if I qualify for BBC?

Q: How much does the Body Balance Challenge cost?

A: Register here for free.  Attend the first 2 meetings of BREAKTHROUGH (one meeting private with me, and the other meeting is our first group meeting) and if you’re not amazed by everything included, you pay nothing for the free time and first sessions and we part friends. If you decide to stay on for the remaining 7 weeks, This program sold out last year for $347 at the end of week #1 and $347 at the end of week #5.  But because I am trying a completely different format this session, the price is not $694. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED, you will pay only two payments of $197 (on week #2 and then again in week #5)
