Audra Baker’s
BodyLove Workshop
Instead of just talking about “body positivity and self love”…
Lets actually feel it and know it in every cell of our body, all the way down to our bones!
Studies show that over 96% of women have at least one “I hate my body” moment everyday.
I’ve discovered that truth for myself in the trenches of a 25 year career in the worlds of yoga, fitness, nutrition, and body transformation…
It turns out almost every woman
is unhappy with…
is disconnected from…
is angry at…
is frustrated with…
Some aspect of herself, and some aspect of her body…
*** No matter what her size ***
Read that again.
You could wear a size 4 or 24…
It. Doesn’t. Matter.
You might yoga, exercise, or meditate… or roll your eyes at all three …
It. Doesn’t. Matter.
You might eat at Whole Foods or eat at McDonalds….
It. Doesn’t. Matter.
When it comes to our deep rooted inability to unconditionally love and accept our bodies…
I have met very few women who are free from the shackles of this “body-jail”.
Yet I’ve seen time and time again—as women—until we are free from this inner-prison, we will always be held back from living our fullest potential in a body and life we love.
You can’t dislike yourself thinner.
You can’t anger yourself healthy.
And definitely being mean to yourself doesn’t lead to happy.
The good news is “Body Positivity” and “Self Love” are becoming popular ideas, and many of us are trying to embrace them…
The bad news is saying positive affirmations, going to a few yoga classes, or trying to will yourself to “love yourself” usually do not go deep enough to create in-your-body depth of transformation…the kind of love that permeates all of your thoughts and every cell of your body…
When the problem is disconnection in the body, you need to go directly to the source to reclaim your body.
And this is what we do and why I’ve created the BodyLove Workshop.
What’s it all about?
The BodyLove Workshop blends ancient yoga practices with modern neuroscience research to create embodied experiences of healing and transformation. This translates into creating a happier and healthier life from the inside out, fueled by tapping into your own deep reservoir of self-love. You’ll learn actual embodied practices connecting you to your deeper self. You’ll be given tools that will help you start making more empowered choices for your body and life from a space of love. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of confidence, connection, and a new found understanding of the role honoring your body and your journey play in creating your best life in a body you crazy-freaking love.
If you’ve yearned to create change in your life, your health, or your body… but felt stuck, defeated, or scared…then you definitely don’t want to miss this transformative workshop!
You’re in the right place…and I’ve got you covered!

Frequently Asked Questions …
Where is the BodyLove Workshop located?
The yoga studio Inside The Mosaic building in downtown Dallas. Exact address given once you register.
What do you mean by ‘breath work?
Breathwork is a powerful tool to feel a deeper connection and integration of your body-mind. Where meditation has a calming effect, breathwork creates energy while allowing your thinking mind to relax so your emotions and subconscious mind can have space to emerge. You’ll see a complete demo and I’ll answer all your questions before the session.
What it Bhakti Yoga?
Bhakti is the yogic path of love and devotion. While it can include yoga poses (asanas), we’ll primarily be using different mantras (ie: kind of like affirmations) and meditations to open the heart and deepen the process.
What if I can’t stay for the whole 3 hour workshop?
I’ll be taking you through a process that you’ll definitely want to stay all the way until the end in order to feel complete and receive massive benefit. If you can’t stay the whole time, I’d say wait until another time when you can stay
Are men welcome at the BodyLove Workshop?
The workshop is open to anyone who identifies as female. You might see the men in my life there helping me out, including my videographer. They are the most amazing and compassionate men and will not be a part of the main sessions.
Can I bring my daughter?
Yes and no. If she’s a pre-teen or younger, no. Also, please realize that we will be sharing very adult topics, including sexuality, that might not be suitable for certain age groups. Also, I imagine ‘F-bombs’ might occasionally drop. Please use discretion.
What’s the deal with the bra suggestion?
Bras are inherently binding right at our heart and chest… especially the made-for-running sports bras. We’re trying to do the opposite: to open your heart and chest and to feel less binding and restriction for the whole body. It just makes it physically easier and more comfortable with a less constrictive bra (or dare I say no bra?!?) 😉
Are there any refunds and what is the Promo Code?
Yes. When you show up for the workshop, you’ll receive a full refund. The purpose of the reservation fee is to ensure your commitment to showing up! If you don’t show up, you forfeit the $40 registration fee. Make sure you enter ILOVEMYBODY into the promo box when registering.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes. Please email support@audrabaker.com
About Audra Baker
Featured on NBC, San Jose Mercury News, and Silicon Valley Magazine for her work in transformation, Audra Baker helps women who’ve spent a lifetime trying to diet and exercise their way into feeling good about themselves finally experience massive amounts of happiness, pleasure, and confidence in the sexiest body they’ve ever had.
She’s a professional love, sex, and relationship coach, eating psychology coach, and 500-hour trained yoga teacher with an extensive background in fitness and nutrition. She uses a mind-body-connected approach to create deep and lasting transformation for her clients.
She grew her Silicon Valley fitness + nutrition company, to a multiple 6-figure company in only 2 short years, helping literally thousands upon thousands women and men learn to love moving their bodies and improve their relationship with food. She loved helping in this way, but struggled watching so many clients taste success, but then end up right back where they started. She sold it knowing true and lasting transformation requires a deeper healing and integration that will never come from an exercise or eating plan….Hence the creation of the BodyLove Workshop.
She is the creator of LOVE IT 2 LOSE IT, the ONLY body transformation system on the planet to integrate step-by-step movement + nutrition + eating psychology + pleasure + mindset training to heal disconnection, end emotional eating, and create life-long lasting healthy habits, and body transformation.
