….And while I believe that from a spiritual perspective, it’s also nice to know that the Huberman Lab at Stanford is researching breathwork and finding that it is one of the fastest healing mechanisms available to us currently! 

BREATHWORK helps to activate the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights not easily accessed through traditional coaching, therapy, or yoga.

Breath opens the energy channels in the body and allows what we have been holding onto to surface and be released. This may be suppressed emotions, physical blocks in the body, old belief systems, fight/flight/freeze patterns, and addictions.

 The Love it to Lose it Breathwork System is a therapeutic process for releasing the old experiences that keep you feeling stuck so that you can more easily access your inner playground and feel into the deepest, most soulful and playful fibers of your being!




One of best ways to experience the energy and transformative power of Love it 2 Lose it breathwork is inside of a workshop.  You’ll learn how to use your breathe to open up to deeper layers of your mind and body, allowing for profoundly healing states while also training your body to access profoundly blissful and ecstatic states as well.  You will leave feeling revitalized, energized, and more connected and grounded at the same time!


PREPARATION – 30 minutes.

We will consciously open the container by setting intentions for our time together followed by explanation, demonstration, and answering questions.  Then we’ll set up the space for our practice and do some warm up processes to prepare your body, mind, and emotions. 


Each participant will have their own designated space on a yoga mat with the desired blankets and pillows for comfort.  Everyone’s experience is completely unique and different each time you do it.  As you open up to the breath, you will experience a wide array of body sensations, emotions and thoughts. The energy in you will rise and move.  During the breathwork session music will be played to guide the experience, and facilitators will occasionally use voice and therapeutic touch to help guide and assist your journey.  We’ll start to wind the session down after about 45 minutes in order to let your body start to integrate the experience. 


We will gently and slowly guide you out of the session and offer some space for journaling and processing the experience together. There will be time to ask questions and we’ll consciously close the container with suggestions for homework and how you can continue to take the process deeper.
