A few weeks ago I shared in an email how I had easily (and without even trying) shed 20 pounds from my body with zero effort.
This week I thought….
“What if I created an up close and personal video that shared my story of exactly how it happened… and how it can happen for you”….
So that’s what I did.
At the end of the day–if we’re holding onto excess weight–9 times out of 10 our primal brain is simply trying to keep us “safe and alive”.
It’s a protective mechanism that literally expands your body in an attempt to keep you safe.
If you’re primal brain doesn’t feel safe, you’re not going to lose a pound (or if you do reach your ideal size, you’ll just gain it back).
So lets start asking better questions:
Instead of asking what kale recipe, paleo-diet, or fat-burning workout you should do….
Ask this: What are the ways in which I can get my primal brain on board with feeling safety in my body?
