I’m writing this week’s love letter from a tiny house that sits on a Christmas tree farm in the deep countryside south of Houston.  (For pics, head over to my Insta). 

Have you ever heard of a “tiny home”?  

Maybe I’ve watched too much HGtv or spent too much time in Europe, but I’m fascinated with living in smaller spaces.  

Of course I packed my juicer, and I just finished making this week’s supply green juices right before sitting down to write to you.

I usually juice every week, but I always feel a stronger pull this time of the year to do a full 10-30 day detox/cleanse.  

When I first learned about the powerful benefit of detoxing and juicing (at Bauman College)…I was fully and totally NOT ready to do it.

I knew it would send me into an emotional eating spiral.

So the most loving thing to do was NOT partake.

Then time went by… years actually….

And I healed a lot of my emotional eating and food addiction patterns.

And when the time was right… well…
