Self-sabotaging behavior is real. I remember not so long ago I’d be on such a good roll, focused, and positive, and then seemingly out of nowhere… BOOM.
I don’t even know where it came from… but I just hooved enough chocolate chip cookie dough down to make me feel nauseous.
And then that one behavior would start a cascade of others (overeating, mindless eating, junk food, skipping out on yoga + gym, not calling my friends back, picking a fight with my partner…)
And they all have the same effect: sabotaging all my best efforts for taking good care of myself.
That’s why today I have two amazing resources for you so you can learn why it is we self sabotage and even more importantly… how to end the vicious cycle FOR GOOD.
#1: Since the topic of conversation is about ending self sabotage, in about 24 hours I’m teaching my most popular masterclass to date:
How to end self-sabotage and have your biggest body breakthrough in 2018.
You’ll get to come live and also get the replay in case you miss it.
And the second resource I made for you is the amazing (and kind of hilarious) video about how to start cultivating emotional intelligence as a way to combat self-sabotage.
In addition to losing my sh*t and dropping an f-bomb (okay… maybe two…) You’ll also learn actual ways to immediately start feeling your feelings, which has the direct byproduct of ending self sabotage.
I hope you enjoy the video and I really hope to see you in my Masterclass tomorrow:
PS. Self sabotage runs deep. The part of you that sabotages all your best efforts doesn’t believe your worthy or even deserving of having a healthy, vivacious life, or reaching your goals…much less actually liking your body and feeling comfortable in your skin. Sabotage is #1 reason we never actually get to the other side of true transformation. It’s why we hold back in life, don’t show up fully, and from a body perspective, it’s why we gain all the weight back (despite your best efforts).
So many of us spend a lifetime having no clue how to quiet that part of us… so it end up running our life. I know I finally said ENOUGH… and I figured out how to get to the other side.
I hope I see you in tomorrow’s masterclass so you can learn how, too. It doesn’t even have to be hard, but YOU HAVE TO WANT IT. See you there?
