Are we going to workout outside in the cold, dark, rain?
Yes, I’ve been asked this question a lot lately. And the answer is…NO!!! The information below should help to answer some of your burning (or chilling) questions.
- Starting September 1st, the 9:15am class will CHANGE to 8:30am! This is perfect for all you moms (or dads, I suppose) who want to get your workout in right after rushing around like crazy to drop off all the kiddies to school! So now the mid-day schedule is: Monday-Thursday and Saturday’s at 8:30am
- Starting September 1st, we will run a TRIAL class at 3pm at 4PM, Monday through Thursday! This class was thought up by Imelda, Jen, and the many other teachers who are part of the Fit Body Bootcamp. If you love this time period, then we need to spend the month of September building it up! Also, it might also be a great time for your teenagers who want to get in shape after school! Kathleen will be running this class, so be prepared to sweat and get into some serious afternoon shape!
Starting October 1st, we’ll be moving our 6am and 6pm classes INDOORS! Call me a wimp if you’d like, but I have no desire to wake up at the butt-crack of dawn and teach or take a class…in the cold, dark rain! No thank you! And I don’t care how “hard core” you think you are, after a week of blistering cold 6am workouts, you’ll be sending me postcards from your local smelly gym, and lets face it…neither seem like that great of an idea. More details to come soon, but expect an OUT OF THE BOX, and INSPIRING indoor locale close to where we already meet.
