Okay Ladies & Gentlemen – The 10-Week Fit Body Bootcamp Challenge IS ON!!
You’ve all been getting excited about it for a few weeks now, so let me go ahead and lay out all the details:
When?
Challenge starts THIS SATURDAY, June13th and Ends Saturday August 22nd.
What?
For 10 weeks, your goal is to lose the most amounts of Body Fat and/or increase lean muscle mass. Whoever has the greatest percentage difference (not total amount….but percentage difference) is the winner!
What do I win?
The first thing that comes to mind, is that this will be YOUR HOTTEST SUMMER YET…and I’m not talking about the weather! Finally dropping that extra weight, toning up through your thighs and glutes, and sporting those tank-top arms all summer long! But yes….there is a little more:

What is the Fit Body Bootcamp doing to help?
1. Get your butt to Bootcamp as much as you can over the next 10-weeks. You will be amazed at how these workouts are designed to blast your metabolism into high gear, shed the excess body fat off, and get your body looking lean, tight, and toned.
2. Exercise is a crucial part, but I say it all the time: Food is 80% of the game. Get your nutrition in check and watch the pounds shed off.

3. Measurements:
- During our first meeting together (this Saturday), we will be doing circumference measurements and also have the opportunity to get our body composition tested through the best method available: underwater hydrostatic weighing!
DETAILS FOR SATURDAY JUNE 13TH
9:45AM: 1-hour Nutrition Lesson at Vasona Park

We are meeting at 9:45am (right after our bootcamp training session) at Vasona Park!

You know the upper parking lot/picnic area where we do all of our workouts? We will be reserving picnic tables near that area down by the lake.

So if you come to the workout on Saturday at 8:30, you’ll already be there for our 1st meeting. If you are not coming to the workout, then make sure you get there with ample time to walk over and meet us at 9:45am!

4PM: Underwater Hydrostatic Body Composition Testing in San Jose!

Aeron, the owner of Fitness Wave is HOOKING US UP with a KILLER deal to get this done. First off, most of you are very excited to have this test done, and I want you to realize this test costs $60 to do, and takes a lot of time and skill from Aeron. And since we need the test to be done TWICE (before and after), you’re looking at $120!

But through a little work on my part (well…okay…a lot of work on my part) Aeron as agreed to do the testing for you for only 20 BUCKS! This is huge, guys. You won’t find a more accurate body composition test anywhere, and I still can’t believe he’s giving us such an AWESOME deal! See the details below:

Testing will start at 4pm. It will take about 10-15 min per person and you will need to sign up for a time (I’ll have the sign-up sheet with me on Saturday morning)

You will need to go to San Jose for the test because that’s where Aeron will be located on Saturday. The address is:

YOU NEED TO EMAIL ME BACK ASAP (in other words….RIGHT NOW!) and tell me that you are indeed planning on getting tested. I need to give Aeron an accurate head count.

On Saturday morning you will be able to sign up for a time slot. To make the process smooth for Aeron, bring your $20 on Saturday morning to me and I’ll get it to Aeron.

I want you all to know that this test is optional, but I do hope you take advantage of it because it really is an awesome deal. ALSO…the test is so accurate that I will be using the information to tally up the winner at the end! So if you know for sure you want to WIN THIS CHALLENGE, then make sure to get tested!

***very important**** if you absolutely know that you are definitely doing the challenge, but you can’t make it to get tested on Saturday, then you need to email me back asap and let me know! We will figure something out. But don’t just sit back and do nothing….or that’s exactly what you’ll get!






Today I stepped on the scale and I have lost twenty pounds! I have not weighed this little for ten years! I am down 16 inches and two pant sizes! I feel amazing. My energy has not been this good in a long time! I am able to handle stress better than ever even though the amount of stress I have is the highest it has ever been. At boot camp I feel encouraged and motivated. I love the boot camp atmosphere. I have lost 8 lbs and 2 inches on my abs. I was fat, angry and in denial of what I really looked like. I knew I wasn't happy with how I looked but could not get motivated to change it. Going to boot camp was really hard, but I made a decision to stick with it, eat healthier and more often, and really just focus on me. Now I am a new me and I love myself.
