AUDRA BAKER, OWNER

As a graduate of San Jose State University, Audra holds a degree in Kinesiology and is certified through National Academy of Sport Medicine and American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Knowing the incredible benefits from exercise, spanning from increased energy to feelings of pure bliss, her biggest inquiry is ‘why isn’t everyone doing it?’ This question led Audra to study motivation and adherence while in school and to becoming a certified Wellness Coach.

The coaching/client relationship she facilitates offers profound levels of support, guidance, and encouragement to making changes that fitness training alone does not provide. Her clients see and feel lasting, deep changes that reach far beyond what physical training alone can accomplish.

Audra combines her exercise physiology education, her wellness and motivational Coaching, and over 10 years experience in the health and wellness industries to create innovative programming that keeps her clients engaged and more mentally prepared to reach their goals and enjoy the journey. Her newest program, Healthy, Happy, Slim & Sexy Coaching, is a group motivational coaching program that reaches into heart and truth of successful weight loss. Because as most of her clients will agree; knowing the importance of exercise and good nutrition is one thing, but actually doing it, is another thing altogether.

As nutrition has always been a huge interest to Audra, both personally and professionally, she is currently back in school studying hard! Being able to offer her clients fitness expertise and no-nonsense nutritional information in a safe and non-judgmental format that only a trained wellness coach can offer, is exactly what sets Audra apart from the rest. If you are looking for more than just an exercise session, or more than just a nutrition consultation, then you came to right place! If you are seeking real depth and change for your life, then you came to the right place!

Now for the fun stuff…Audra loves to play, especially outdoors. A self proclaimed “Jack of all trades, master of none”—except for maybe salsa; she believes that variety is the spice of life. This describes all of her passions that include mountain biking, snowboarding, salsa dancing, surfing, hiking, rock climbing, napping, cooking, reading, yoga, and her newest pastime, just being still.

Audra is currently:

  • Owner of Be Fit Boot Camps
  • Head Personal Trainer
  • A Certified Wellness Coach
  • A Certified Nutrition Educator
  • Working towards a Masters in Nutrition
