Audra is a Best Selling Author of 3-Steps to your Best Body in Record Time, and founder of Be Fit Boot Camps, an award winning Fitness Company offering “Boot Camp style”, Kettle Bell, and Personal Training Programs in beautiful outdoor settings.
As a graduate of San Jose State University, Audra holds a degree in Kinesiology and is certified through National Academy of Sport Medicine and American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Knowing the incredible benefits from exercise, spanning from increased energy to feelings of pure bliss, her biggest inquiry is ‘why isn’t everyone doing it?’ This question led Audra to study motivation and adherence while in school and to becoming a certified Wellness Coach.
The coaching/client relationship she facilitates offers profound levels of support, guidance, and encouragement to making changes that fitness training alone does not provide. Her nutrition and weight loss clients see and feel lasting, deep changes that reach far beyond what physical training alone can accomplish.
Audra combines her holistic nutrition education, her wellness and motivational Coaching, and over 15 years experience in the health and wellness industries to create innovative programming that keeps her clients engaged and more mentally prepared to reach their goals and enjoy the journey. Her newest program, Vibrant, Healthy HOT, is a group coaching program that reaches into heart and truth of successful weight loss. Because as most of her clients will agree; knowing the importance of good nutrition is one thing, but actually doing it, is another thing altogether.

Today I stepped on the scale and I have lost twenty pounds! I have not weighed this little for ten years! I am down 16 inches and two pant sizes! I feel amazing. When I learned about the Be Fit Boot Camps, I knew this was my summer to reshape my body. I carved out a slice of "me time" in the 6am hour and got busy. At the first dunking I weighed 144 lbs and was over 34% body fat. 11 weeks later at the second dunking, I weighed 132 lbs and had lost 8.8% of my body fat. At boot camp I feel encouraged and motivated. I love the boot camp atmosphere. I have lost 8 lbs and 2 inches on my abs. Even though my weight loss has been relatively small, the energy level and the feeling I get after a good workout cannot be denied. It is awesome. I was fat, angry and in denial of what I really looked like. I knew I wasn't happy with how I looked but could not get motivated to change it. Going to boot camp was really hard, but I made a decision to stick with it, eat healthier and more often, and really just focus on me. Now I am a new me and I love myself.
