Why nutrition?

Good nutrition is the key to staying healthy and preventing diseases such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease. At Audra Baker Fitness we have nutrition programs individualized to your taste- whether it be a group class, individual session or even a private session at home.

After spending a year training as a Nutrition Educator, my guidance is holistic in nature, focuses on eating real whole foods, teaches the benefits of adding quality supplementation to increase wellness, and will give you a no no-nonsense education on how to care for your body through nutrition.  I also work closely with health care practitioners, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors and functional nutritionists to make sure you have all the resources needed to live your best life!
