“I am a new me, I love myself (so corny I know)  and know that it is okay to focus on me!  I was really wrapped up in taking care of the kids and my husband and now I know that I can do that and work out.

I started this journey with incredible back pain, my Dr’s told me I should not be doing any hard workouts. That I will have to live with this pain for the rest of my life, and there was not a lot I could do about it, other than pain relievers.  Ha Ha Ha is what I say to those Dr’s, since I started working out I have not had any back pain at all!  I am so happy!!!!!   I can jump out of bed, touch my toes (never been able to do this in my life) and it feels great.

That was the turning point for me, I knew I wanted to be as fit as possible and teach others how to do it as well.  What a great feeling to know that you can help someone achieve a goal!

Life is short, we often take for granted what we have and don’t appreciate those around us.  I am so happy that the fat, angry me is gone.  I am working towards the best me, and it’s been a great start so far!”

“This program opened my eyes.  It wasn’t about restricting, but about restructuring my choices.  I knew if I could figure out my nutrition the pounds just might fall off and the hard work I do exercising might finally show. “I have lost twenty pounds! I have not weighed this little for ten years!  I am down 16 inches and two pants sizes!  I only have one chin! “I started in late April with Audra’s Saturday bootcamp and a couple of semi-private sessions to work on form. I had some modest results and because I was feeling better, I started making better eating choices and imposed portion controls back into my diet. When I learned about the Be Fit Boot Camp, I knew this was my summer to reshape my body. I carved out a slice of ‘me time’ in the 6 am hour and got busy. At the first dunking (body composition testing) near the first week of June, I weighed 144 and was over 34% body fat. At the second dunking  in August, I weighed 132 and had lost 8.8% of my body fat. I also put on 3 lbs of muscle during those 11 weeks.”

“I am in my 40’s and have been in pretty good shape all my life, except for the past 5 years. My weight starting creeping up rapidly (17 pounds in 3 months) and continued to shoot up to 40 pounds, over the past 4 to 5 years. My body was not mine. I started not recognizing my reflection in the mirror. I was simply disgusted! It hit me in December when my husband received a beautiful photo album of our family vacation. In the album I saw pictures of my granddaughter with everyone else, but there were no pictures of her and me, because I didn’t want to be in the pictures. At this point, I knew I had to make a change. I want the memory of my vacations with my family and granddaughter to be complete –  with me present.   In January I started my first 6 week boot camp class with Audra. Three weeks later I joined Audra’s nutrition class. In 3 months, I took off 17 lbs, and in a total of 5 months I am down 22 lbs and continuing to lose. I have dropped 2 pant sizes and 14 inches. My body has muscle and tone where I have never seen it before.   I have taken exercise classes, hired personal trainers and even nutritionist before, but never had these results. The difference I have found in Audra’s style verse others, is that she takes a hands on approach and becomes committed to your goals! She meets with you, one on one, to gather information about you and what your personal goals are, then follows through and assists you the entire way to achieve them.   Audra makes you feel like you are the only one she works with even though both courses I took from Audra were groups. I could not have done this without Audra’s assistance. She kept me motivated and on track. When I fell off, she was there to pick me up! Today, I look in the mirror and can’t believe the transition.
