How Will It Work?
- This program has been going strong for over a year now because it is run by the moms that come out to our camp. In exchange for babysitting one to two times per month, I give a huge p.h.a.t. discount on our entire program to anyone who has kids and wants to participate in the program.
How Do I Participate?
- If you have kids and want to utilize the co-op, I encourage you to come out to camp with your kiddos for a week to see if it’s the right fit for you and your kids.
- If the program works for you, you are required to help babysit 1-2 times per month. Anyone who is a babysitter also gets a ginormously-huge discount on our ENTIRE Be Fit Boot Camp Program. We want our Babysitters to be happy. : )
- If you want to participate in the program by only bringing your kids to be babysat, but not help out with the actual babysitting, this is okay… but you must be a full, active member and paying full price.
***Please note: anyone coming out to camp at a discounted rate who wants to bring their kids to be babysat ***MUST*** participate in the program by helping out with the babysitting. The ***ONLY*** exception to this rule is if you pay full price for our camps.
The babysitter will be there to entertain and keep your kid(s) happy and occupied while you get your workout in. They will be within eyesight the entire time, so if your kiddo wanted to come say ‘hi’ to you while you working out, it’s all good. You could even bring your ‘stroller child’ and keep them close to you during the workout if you want.
Basically we are setting up the class to be very Mommy and Daddy friendly, and still give you a killer workout in a beautiful outdoor location.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE KIDS?
You don’t have to have kids to participate in our 9am Vasona Park Boot Camp. While having kids close by during the workouts might make it a bit more ‘colorful’, your professional trainers knows how to push and train you, getting you the best workout possible in the shortest amount of time.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR KIDDOS:
- Make sure you bring their snacks, crayons, balls, toys, whatever they may want to play with.
- The babysitter knows how to entertain. The babysitters are the same moms that you workout next to and have kids themselves.
- Please realize though, because of the nature of the program, if your kid is going crazy, won’t stay with the group, or having a bad day, it is ultimately your responsibility, not the sitter’s.

When I learned about the Be Fit Boot Camps, I knew this was my summer to reshape my body. I carved out a slice of "me time" in the 6am hour and got busy. At the first dunking I weighed 144 lbs and was over 34% body fat. 11 weeks later at the second dunking, I weighed 132 lbs and had lost 8.8% of my body fat. I also put on 3 lbs of muscle during those 11 weeks. -Susan

At boot camp I feel encouraged and motivated. I love the boot camp atmosphere. I have lost 8 lbs and 2 inches on my abs. Even though my weight loss has been relatively small, the energy level and the feeling I get after a good workout cannot be denied. It is awesome. I was fat, angry and in denial of what I really looked like. I knew I wasn't happy with how I looked but could not get motivated to change it. Going to boot camp was really hard, but I made a decision to stick with it, eat healthier and more often, and really just focus on me. Now I am a new me and I love myself.
