HOW WILL IT WORK?
Great question. The babysitter will be there to entertain and keep your child/children happy and occupied while you get your workout in. They will be within eyesight the entire time, so if your kiddo wanted to come say ‘hi’ to you while your working out, it’s all good. You could even bring your ‘stroller child’ and keep them close to you during the workout if you want.
Basically we are setting up the class to be very Mommy (and Daddy) friendly and still giving you a killer workout in a beautiful outdoor location.
You’ll need to bring a dollar or two (depending on how many kids you have) with you to give to the sitter.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE KIDS?
You don’t have to have kids to participate in our 9am Vasona Park Bootcamp. While having kids close by during the workouts might make it a bit more ‘colorful’, your professional trainers knows how to push and train you, getting you the best workout possible in the shortest amount of time.
DETAILS
* Monday through Friday, 9am start time at the Dam
* We move up to the upper picnic area/parking lot together, warming up along the way (5-10min)
* The kids will be hanging out at the picnic area while the workout will take place around the parking lot and in the picnic area
* Finish with stretching and cool down by 9:55
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR KIDDOS:
- Make sure you bring their snacks, colors, balls, toys, whatever they may want to play with.
- The baby sitter knows how to entertain. Today while I was teaching, I saw the Sitter leading relay races, follow the leader, jump roping, and coloring….it was awesome.
