Wednesday 12-9-09

Hello!

For starters,  here’s the workout from yesterday…enjoy!  I now have a new fitness goal:  to be able to circuit through the workout you are about to see 5 times (I did 3 circuits through, which was killer!)

Today was an insane work day (it’s 8:30pm and it’s still going strong…), so I got a little run in.  I forgot my watch, but I’m guessing it was right around 25 minutes.  Plus because it was so freaking cold, I think I ran faster just to warm up!

Food:

Breakfast. Same old, same old.  I’ll have to think about changing it up soon, but I always feel so damn good when I eat it!

Steel cut oats, egg whites, 3 prunes (chop’em up into really small pieces), almond milk and flax.  I also add a pack of stevia to sweeten it up a bit. (I normally do maple syrup, but not anymore!)

Lunch: Green salad:

  • Spring mix
  • Spinach
  • Carrots, tomatoes, shredded broccoli
  • 3-4 oz Chicken (I poached it yesterday)
  • ½ cup total of black beans and corn mixed together
  • salsa

Dinner:

4-5 oz salmon grilled, 1-11/2 cups roasted broccoli and brussel sprouts with Olive Oil and Assiago cheese Bowl of veggie soup (from whole foods)

Hmmm…weird…no snacks today.  Very not like me.
