Hey Bootcampers!
Yes, it is a rainy week. Just today we had to cancel the 8:30 class in Gilroy and 8:45 class in Los Gatos. I’ve been running our outdoor Boot Camp Fitness classes in Los Gatos for a year now, and in Gilroy for about 6 months, and this is our first day of cancelations!
BUT…
Remember, if it’s just raining, (you know….typical Bay Area rain….WITHOUT the hail, lightning and side ways rain…) then we ALWAYS MEET!
Check out this video I took at the 8:45am class in Los Gatos yesterday. We have a covered picnic area we workout under and it’s perfect!
Ruth got herself a private session since everyone else was scared of the rain! So Make sure to GET OUT THERE (unless of course we have to cancel…) and enjoy the rain!
You’ll stay mostly dry (with the exception of the massive amounts of SWEAT that will pour from your body!), and don’t forget about all the amazing benefits of the positive ions in the rain water! You’ll leave feeling exhilerated!
A funny thing happened on the way to the 6am class…
Just thought we’d poke some fun at Janae…. She showed up to bootcamp yesterday morning and couldn’t figure out why everyone was already there before her. She’s usually early and EVEN FRANK was there before her! (read: Frank’s always late…).
Well, it turned out that she showed up at 6:50 instead
of 5:50!
Because the storm made it look so dark…she really thought it was still 5:50. So basically, she woke up just in time to head out to Starbucks for a cup of joe. NOW THAT’S HILARIOUS!
Have an awesome day bootcampers and unless class is canceled…get your but to Bootcamp!!!
