30 days to Challenges are ALL the rage

It’s been a pretty intense summer over here at Be Fit Boot Camps.  We ran a Groupon deal in June and have a huge influx of new campers out there getting getting in shape, and getting the full Be Fit Boot Camp experience.

If you are one of our Campers, I’d like you to step up to the plate today and share how your boot camp experience has positively affected your life over the course of the last 30 days.

If you are NOT one of our Campers, I still want you to share something that you have done over the last 30 days that has had a profound impact on your health and life.

Now, why am I asking you to do this?

Because in as short as 30 days, you can dramatically change your health, your habits, your life… IF you so choose : ) It can be as simple or as dramatic as you want… it just depends on what you’re up for.

I’m going to share with you my plan for the next 30 days, but before I do, you HAVE to watch this very short video.  My colleague and friend, Ben Davis (runs an amazing boot camp program in Sussex, England) found this video and shared it with his campers…. and I really feel like I need to do the same for you.

Watch the 3-minute video below (I love what he says about eating sugar and climbing mountains)

Did you watch it?

Pretty Inspiring, Right?

The funny thing is that THIS WEEK, we are starting our 30-day “I Luv My Body Clean & Lean” Challenge.  Today’s the last day to sign up, so make sure to go here to register and learn all about our program…. that is… if you’re up for a life-changing 30-days!

Here’s my (short) list of what I will challenge myself to do over the course of the next 30-days:

  • Take the 30-day Nutrition Challenge along with our campers to clean up my body (seriously…. I think I was in a 2-day food coma after my birthday!)
  • Drink 2-3 Liters of Water a day
  • Get at least 2 “Short and Sweet” workouts in per week (very similar to our WWOW series… you can do them, too!)
  • Go to Yoga at least 2 times per week
  • Organize my home (this is a big one….)
  • I’ll spare you the ginormously long list of business to-do’s… good thing I love what I do!
  • Go out to eat at least once per week with friends and blog about the meal. (I will PROVE to you that going out to eat can be healthy, too!)

Okay, that’s my list.

Now, I want to know what has positively affected your life over the last 30-days… and/or…. what’s on the plate for the next 30-days?  Share below!
