Emily Fowler – All I can say is be prepared to be MOTIVATED today.

Okay ladies and gents…

"Popeye strong" and 15 pounds lighter! Thank you to Emily for Inspiring us to be better.

All I can say is be prepared to be MOTIVATED today.

Emily won second prize in our 3rd annual Your Best Body Challenge earlier this year.

I’ve been dying to sit down with her and pick her brain because her story is truly one of inspiration and overcoming some serious obstacles.

Now, to pre-empt the whole story, I need to warn you… it might be a tear jerker.  I often hear many excuses from moms saying they just can’t workout because they have too many other things going on and use the kiddos as the reason for not taking care of themselves.

Once you hear Emily’s struggles… you might be thinking twice before making another excuse.  Now, I broke this interview into a few different videos because the wisdom that pours from her mouth… I think you should savor every moment.

Unbelievable, right?

Now, in the next segment, listen to how exercise not only played the key role in helping her overcome emotional eating patterns, but also helped her to drop 15 pounds AND drastically change her health.

Whew!  And you thought we were finished.  At the end of our interview, we started to dig into the amazing results she’s gotten this year, including a huge shift in her belief systems and what she thought was possible in the world.
