A big thank you to Charith for sharing her recipe and pics of this very yummy looking meal!  Simple yet flavorful!  Lightly cook your favorite greens in a little coconut oil.  Add some coconut flakes and tumeric to the batch.

Day 12: Clean & Lean

Guess What?

The More you PARTICIPATE, the more you will get out of this.

It’s one thing to have all the tools and know how.

But…

Showing up to this blog, sharing your questions, concerns, struggles, and success not only helps you in the process, but you are helping others, too.

 

And if I’ve leaned anything over the past few years, it’s when I put myself out there, I not only end up helping a whole lot more people, but I end up getting a Metric-Ton more out of the experience and grow exponentially.

So what does that mean when we are talking about a little 30-day challenge?  It might seem small, but when it’s all said and done, showing up for this is no different than showing up for your family, for your friends, and for your life.

 

So with that said….

It’s a beautiful day.  You are on your way to a leaner, cleaner you.  It starts with your thoughts and your beliefs about your ability to show up in the world.  That leads to making the choices each day, at each meal.  This leads to a healthier functioning body, from better digestion, to better nutrient assimilation.  These inside changes lead to outside evidence, from a smaller waist, to a smaller size, to more energy… even to more smiles.

 

Stay focused on your worth-while goals.  Keep being kind to yourself.  You are ROCKIN’ the world right now!!!
